About the Owner

John F. Palmer began his career as a Glass Craftsman at the age of 18. After mastering the craft of hand-cutting glass and mirror, he took a gamble, sold his favorite Indian arrowhead for $1,500, and became his own boss. He started out in a rented tin shed with just a couple of employees. Working 7 Days a week and 12-hour days proved to his customers he was determined to provide excellent service and every customer was a priority. Every project reflects his quality of work and the integrity of his company. Within 5 years he bought his own property and built his own shop. Johnny is passionate about the work he does because he is a perfectionist to detail. His work is custom to fit the customer's wants and needs on their vision for their dream home.

He recognizes his employees are an intricate part of our success. We have high employee retention. They are the face of our business out in the community.
